What cell lines do you work with?

RPT Labworks maintains a diverse cell bank including common cancer cell lines expressing targets like PSMA, HER2, SSTR, and FAP. We can also work with client-provided cell lines or establish new lines based on your target of interest.

How do you measure binding affinity?

Binding affinity is measured through saturation binding assays to determine Kd (dissociation constant) and Bmax (maximum binding), competition assays for IC50 and Ki values, and kinetic studies for association/dissociation rates. Results are provided with full statistical analysis.

What is the typical timeline for in vitro studies?

Most in vitro characterization studies are completed within 2-4 weeks, depending on assay complexity and number of conditions. Cell line establishment may require additional time if working with new targets.
