What imaging modalities do you offer for preclinical studies?

RPT Labworks offers PET/CT and SPECT/CT imaging for preclinical radiopharmaceutical evaluation. PET imaging supports isotopes like F-18, Ga-68, Cu-64, Zr-89, and Y-86. SPECT imaging supports Tc-99m, In-111, I-123, I-131, Lu-177, and other gamma emitters.

What animal models are available?

We work with subcutaneous and orthotopic xenograft models, syngeneic tumor models, and patient-derived xenografts (PDX). Common models include prostate (PSMA+), breast (HER2+), neuroendocrine (SSTR+), and various solid tumor types. Custom models can be established based on your target.

What is included in an efficacy study?

Efficacy studies include tumor growth monitoring (caliper measurements, imaging), survival analysis, body weight tracking, and optional endpoints like histopathology and blood chemistry. Studies are designed with appropriate controls and statistical power calculations.

Can you perform therapeutic efficacy with alpha emitters?

Yes, we have capabilities for alpha-emitting radiopharmaceuticals including Ac-225 and Pb-212. Our facilities and protocols are designed to safely handle alpha emitters for both imaging surrogates and therapeutic efficacy studies.
