1. Who we are and what this policy covers

RPT Labworks is a preclinical radiopharmaceutical contract research organization located at 918 Deming Way, Suite 101, Madison, WI 53717 USA. This policy explains what personal information we collect through https://rptlabworks.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

This policy covers our website and the inquiries you send us through it. Study data, materials, and confidential information exchanged under a signed agreement are governed by that agreement, not by this policy. Our preclinical work does not involve human subjects, and we do not collect patient or health information through this website.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, inquiry type, and message. Company name and phone number are optional. If you email or call us directly, we keep the information you choose to share.

Information collected automatically. Our web server records standard request logs, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time of each request. We use these logs to keep the site running and secure. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.

Spam protection. The contact form includes a hidden field and a timing check that help us tell people apart from automated bots. These checks do not collect anything beyond what you type into the form.

3. How we use your information

We use the information described above to:

• Respond to your inquiry and route it to the right team.
• Prepare proposals, scope studies, and follow up on projects you ask us about.
• Send transactional emails confirming we received your message.
• Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
• Meet legal, regulatory, and record-keeping obligations.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the website and answer inquiries. They may use it only to perform services for us. These providers currently include:

• Postmark (ActiveCampaign, LLC), which delivers contact-form emails to our team and confirmation emails to you. Postmark also reports bounced messages and unsubscribe requests back to us so we stop emailing addresses that do not want mail.
• Amazon Web Services, which hosts the website in the United States.
• OpenStreetMap, which serves the map tiles on our Contact page. Loading the map sends your IP address to OpenStreetMap servers under the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case the successor will be bound by this policy.

5. Cookies and local storage

This site uses two small pieces of stored data, both strictly for site function:

• A NEXT_LOCALE cookie that remembers your language choice.
• A browser local-storage entry that remembers whether you prefer the light or dark theme.

Neither identifies you, and neither is shared with third parties. You can clear them at any time through your browser settings. We do not set advertising cookies, and we do not respond to browser Do Not Track signals because we do not track visitors across other sites.

6. How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond to you, maintain a business relationship, and satisfy legal or accounting requirements. Server logs are rotated on a rolling basis and are not kept longer than needed for security review. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time using the contact details below.

7. Security

All traffic to the site is encrypted with TLS. Access to inquiry records is limited to team members who need it to respond. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information you send us.

8. International visitors

We are based in the United States and process information here. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. By submitting the contact form you consent to that transfer.

9. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, and other US states with privacy laws have similar rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@rptlabworks.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by applicable law, and within 30 days in any case. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

10. Children

Our website and services are intended for professionals in pharmaceutical and academic research. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Links to other sites

Our site links to third-party sites such as LinkedIn and Google Maps. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website or the law changes. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on this page for at least 30 days.
